What You’ll Need to Activate Your ComData Card
You must be a US resident with a social security number. No SSN = no card. A computer with Internet access – The information from your welcome letter (including your 16 digit account number and eight-digit PIN) Doesn’t have the welcome letter? Read DSR
Step 1: At www.cardholder.comdata.com, click on the “Create an Account” button at the top right of the page)
Step 2: Fill out the information for the new account on the registration form on the next screen, then click ‘Register’ at the bottom of the form
Step 3: You will be sent a temporary password to log in with your username and password you just registered with your activation code via email by Comdata after they have reviewed your application
ComData Card Login Step By Step Guide
Step 1: At www.cardholder.comdata.com, click on the “User Login” button at the top right of the page
Step 2: Enter the username and password you registered with when activating your card (the same one you use to login to all online banking activities)
Step 3: Click the ‘Login’ button.
Step 4: Congratulations! You have logged in successfully. Now you will see the main dashboard of your account with tabs on top and a drop-down menu on the left side of the screen.

A: It is a four-digit number that you will use to make ATM withdrawals. – You can change your PIN from the mobile app or from your online account at www.cardholder.comdata.com

A: No, you can’t. You can only withdraw cash from the ATM, and that’s if your card is activated for this service (If not, try contacting Comdata support)
Ques 3: Where does Comdata Card pull funds from?
A: It will be linked to a checking account with Wells Fargo or TD Bank
Ques 4: Where do I find the routing number and account number from my Comdata Card?
A: It will be a nine-digit number – The first four digits are your bank’s Federal Reserve Routing Code. The last five numbers represent your checking account number at your bank.
Ques 5: How do you make a payment on www.cardholder.comdata.com?
A: From within your account, you can click on the Pay Bills tab and then click Make a Payment. You can then enter your bank’s routing number as well as an optional reference or memo to be included with your payment. Once you enter all of this information, check over everything carefully and make sure it’s all correct. Then click on Submit to make your payment
